Gramin Bank” vide Government of India Notification dated 25.01.2019 with share capital of 50% by Government of India, 15% by Government of Uttar Pradesh and 35% by Bank of India, the Sponsor Bank.

Aryavart Bank, a Regional Rural Bank, constituted on 1st April, 2019 after amalgamation of two Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) namely Gramin Bank Of Aryavart and Allahabad UP Gramin Bank as per Government of India Gazette notification No. F.No. 338 dated 25-01-2019.
